Important Items to Remember:

Fill out the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Enrollment Forms and have them turned in to the Payroll Office no later than August 15, 2008.  You can locate the enrollment form on this website by clicking on Forms on the left side of this page.

The new changes to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance will take effect on September 1, 2008.
