Certified Positions for 2008-2009:

  • Kindergarten Spanish Dual Language-Must have or be able to obtain a NE teaching certificate with an appropriate endorsement. This position is available at Morton Elementary.
  • First Grade-Must have or be able to obtain a NE teaching certificate with an appropriate endorsement. This position is available at Morton Elementary.
  • Second Grade-Must have or be able to obtain a NE teaching certificate with an appropriate endorsement. this position is available at Morton Elementary.
  • Third Grade-Must have or be able to obtain a NE teaching certificate with an appropriate endorsement. This position is available at Morton Elementary.
  • Middle School Special Ed- Must have or be able to obtain a NE teaching certificate with an appropriate endorsement.
  • Early Childhood Teacher-Must have NE teaching certificate with one of the following endorsements: Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special or Early Childhood Education Unified.
  • After School Program Coordinator- Must have NE teaching certificate. Will work with teaching staff,administrators, and students.

  • Network Manager-Bachelors or AA degree in Computer Science. Administrative and Supervisory Certificate are required.
  • Elementary Dual Language- Bilingual Kindergarten teacher to teach in our new Dual Language at Morton.  Must have or be able to obtain a NE teaching certificate with an appropriate endorsement.

  • Library Para-This requires a HS diploma/GED and clean record. No history of child abuse/neglect.
  • Middle School Program Coordinator-This requires a HS diploma/GED and clean record. No history of child abuse/neglect.
  • Sign Language Interpreter- Must meet Rule 51 requirements or be able to obtain a waiver given the level of skill you have at this time. Submit your application on line.
