Lexington Academy Program Overview - After School Services
Locations - Lexington Academy is held at four elementary schools. Those sites are: Bryan Elementary - 1003 N Harrison; Morton Elementary - 505 S Lincoln; Pershing Elementary - 1104 N Tyler; and Sandoz Elementary - 1711 N Erie. Staff at each site will be comprised of one Site Director and two to three Para Educators.
Hours of Operation - The hours of operation at the after school sites will be from 3:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Monday through Friday on days when school is in session. When schools have an early dismissal day, the hours of operation will adjust to whenever school is dismissed to 6:15 p.m.
Eligibility - Lexington Academy after school service is available to all elementary students (K-5). Students will be served on a first come, first serve basis.
Registration - Students may register at the school site. Parents/guardians must complete and return the registration packet for the student to be enrolled. Students will not be allowed to attend Lexington Academy until the completed packet is returned to the Site Director.
Curriculum - Students will be given the opportunity to participate in a variety of supervised enrichment activities that are fun and educational. The activities will include: homework/private tutoring time, creative expression in the fine arts, character development, social, health, and physical development.

3:15 - 3:30 Snack Time
3:30 - 4:00 Free/Recess Time
4:00 - 4:30 Homework/Tutoring/Academic Activity
4:30 - 5:15 Enrichment Activities
5:15 - 6:15 Center/Free Choice Time
