Creating a family environment is an important
characteristic to our classroom. We learn throughout the school year how
to get along with each other to become close friends. Young children learn to make new
friends but keep the old in their second grade home away from home.
Maximizing each child's unique blend of talents,
gifts, and character is critical for their academic, social and
emotional development. Each child is a golden chord of
potential. When each child becomes friends with their
classmates, learning and playing together in a friendly manner, a strong golden chord of strength creates a classsroom of
family, fun and joy.
